Heaven is not a place, it’s a state of mind and it is time to bask in that rapture at all times, permanently. Because the low vibrations of separation, fear victim and blame are feeding the state of mind that creates an experience of hell. Hell is also not a place but a state of mind, a state where negative thoughts and low vibrations are engaged and those energies are not good for our health… physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, mentally, or socially.

 

It is time to get on the court and create new programming within your being. To remove the separation victim programming and replace it with oneness, love and empowered based programming. Allow the challenges you are going through to be the grit that shines you up. Become the Phoenix that rises from the ashes. Raise your vibrational frequency and like frequencies will flood your world.

 

You are in control of your thoughts, and although negative or repeating thoughts seem to take over without our consent, they are not beyond our control. The best way to manage our minds and immerse our mind with right thinking and Heavenly frequencies is to watch our minds vigilantly. Whenever a thought arises that is not aligned with pure love, light, and peace cancel it and replace it with a peace based mantra... "Thank You" "I am eternal love" "Peace" whatever works best for you.

 

This weeding out of thoughts, just like your backyard garden is not a one time practice, but a lifetime practice. Some days will be easier than other's, yet we practice always in order to align our minds with the thought frequencies of Reality, Peace, Heaven... then we create Heaven on Earth for not only ourselves but all.
