Thanksgiving began as two very different cultures, Indians and Pilgrims came together as community to celebrate their appreciation for one anothers help in surviving, to share their gratitude for food to eat. They had barely no possessions and struggled daily for their lives... they were celebrating and deeply grateful for the simple gift of being alive.

 

Gratitude is a miracle vibration that magnetically attracts good into your life.

When you bask in the vibration of appreciation, you are appreciating great things before they arrive, you are in the energy of receiving which calls to the Universe to shower you with more gifts worthy of your greatness.

Gratitude is a way to direct your attention to the good in your life, the blessings and gifts and turn away from what no longer serves. We will always get more of what we focus on. If we bring our attention to our blessings, we attract more blessings. This is the law of attraction.

​

Gratitude is a vibrational tune up, raising our vibration to love and gratitude will raise our vibration, energy, and state of mind to some of the highest states possible. If you want to shift into higher states, higher emotions, and higher experiences repeat “Thank you, thank you, thank you” for a powerful and expedited way to invite high vibrational frequencies and states of mind into your present moment awareness. High vibrational frequencies positively affects all areas of your life.

Gratitude to the Divine, the Creator Source of your awareness, that which sustains your existence activates love and connection with the God of your understanding. Connecting more and more deeply with our Divine Source, Creator, True Self is the ultimate experience and intention we can have.

​

Gratitude fills you up with positive emotions and vibrations which attract positive experiences, people and things into your life. When you are full of gratitude, you have love and light to give… as you share love you increase your own capacity to experience love within and without. You become more full, so full you are overflowing and radiating gratitude love, light and joy.

​

Gratitude is free, a choice, freely available at all times, even in times of challenge. It is a choice that is available within you, within all beings at all times, in all circumstances. There is nothing you need to do in order to earn gratitude, it is innate within you, a free and eternally available choice.

​

Choose gratitude rather than complaining, focus your attention on the blessings in your life rather than the problems, focus on the peace, love, beauty and joy that are eternal gifts freely given by God at all times, to all beings.

​

Give thanks and appreciation for yourself exactly as you are. Focus on your good qualities and strengths rather than your weakness’s… and we all have strengths and weaknesses. Be loving, accepting, tolerant, patient, kind and understanding with yourself always. Always look for and find all the many reasons to be grateful for yourself and your life.

​

Give thanks for the people, community, support, relationships and connections in your life. The farmers that grow the food and truckers that bring food and products to your local store. Give thanks for the people who create roads for you to drive, be grateful for transportation in all forms that allow you to move about on this planet. Give thanks for all the relationships, people and opportunities that allow you to live and move and enjoy life on this magical planet.

If you have trouble finding things to be grateful for begin with the fact that you are breathing, you are alive, you are safe, you can walk, you can think, you are a child of the Universe, you are aware… focus on all the simple things that you are blessed with everyday that you may take for granted. There is food on your table, a roof over your head, you have a friend, you have a pet, you can work and make a living, you can read a book, watch a movie or take a walk.

​

Fake it until you make it. Sometimes, we are grieving, afraid, lonely and discouraged and are having a hard time resonating in the vibration of gratitude… we've all been there. That is when you fake it until you make it. It truly works, just keep repeating thank you, thank you, thank you… for everything and at some point the grief lifts, the anxiety lessens, the fear disappears and you feel lighter, more peaceful as you bask in the rapture of love and gratitude.
