Being Wide Open Love

In all that we do, feel, think and experience in our lives we can express love. Love and connection are the most important things that underlies all our earthly endeavors. Extending wide-open unstoppable love for all, including yourself, is the single most important, powerful and impactful thing we can do.

Being in the awareness that you are deeply connected and one with all things and being responsible to extend and teach only love. With that said, it doesn’t mean you stay with an abusive person, or continue to hang out in an abusive environment. You can love yourself enough to step away from the relationship or circumstance and love them at a distance. You don’t need to condone or agree with them, nor do you need them to like you back. You can forgive them by letting it go completely, it is gone, it is in the past. Keep your eyes on the road, on the ball, which is the omnipresent love in this present moment. In that stillness is only peace and there is nothing to forgive.

 

Love has multiple forms, don’t be attached to just one or two… it is an expansive feeling in your heart.

When you notice a restriction in your heart towards someone, you have some work to do, inner work. Stop completely from projecting the guilt and avoiding responsibility.

​

Yes, everything is co-created and the other may have things they are responsible for but that isn’t your business and you are here to heal your mind, heart and soul. If you desire to help and heal others the greatest healing and help you can provide them is to heal your own mind, heal the wounds within you. The greatest and most powerful way to bring love and peace to the planet is to choose love and peace for yourself.

You are the most sacred and beautiful creature on this planet to you. You are an expansive, all loving and precious SOUL animating in and through this body. You are the custodian of this body, it isn’t you, however your Soul power can immerse every cell, every atom as fully as you allow.

​

The Soul Power that is you, that is the eternal Self and animating through the body in this lifetime. This Eternal Self, which is the non-physical, eternal and True Self is always present, always with you, has never abandoned you… yet have you abandoned this Self?

​

Take time each day to bring love and attention to this non-physical Soul Presence, conscious awareness that is your eternal Self. Bring your love, appreciation and respect to this True Self. Every chance you get pour unconditional love toward your own most precious heart and soul, your true essence. Shower love upon your own Self always, unconditional love, unending love, compassionate and passionate love for YOU!

This love has nothing to do with earning the love or jumping through hoops or doing good deeds to receive love, it is pure unconditional love for your very existence. Forgive yourself of everything! Clear and let go of all the past, we have all made mistakes… let all the past go, whatever may be blocking unstoppable and unending love for your Self. Love yourself with radical unconditional love for no reason other than you exist.
