Expected vs Unexpected Passing
By John & Grace

I remember we went to a soccer game with a few friends a week before John passed. John was bouncing around… standing close to the field, chatting with strangers. I noted mentally how grounded his best friend was who was sitting on one side of me, and how ungrounded John was… it was like he was going to fly away, he was so light and etheric. He was full of love, life, joy… out going as always, meeting new people. Now that I look back at that moment, John’s soul was already transitioning… he was preparing to cross over.

When people are sick and know they are going to pass away, they have the opportunity to consciously say goodbyes and create closures. Their soul prompts them to complete unfinished business, make any amends, tie up financial and legal loose ends.
When our physical body passes naturally, it goes through a natural process of shutting down. There isn’t a hard and fast rule, but there are generalities of how the body shuts down. Below are some signs and natural physical and emotional processes as the physical body shuts down and prepares for final death.

Physical signs and symptoms prior to a natural physical transition:
Changes in blood pressure and heart rate, low or high blood pressure, slow or fast heart rate. Lack of desire to eat, craving only liquids, constipation, weakness, skin pale, sometimes purple in color, problems breathing, excessive sweating, guarding, lack of mobility, hiccups.

Nonverbal signs of pain and transitioning… moaning, grimacing, crying, restlessness, withdrawal.
When someone passes unexpectedly like John, although their human mind has no idea they will be passing, their soul does. Often like with John, you will look back at a month or so before their passing and become aware of all the closures, completions and goodbye’s they attempted… even though they may not have known in their human mind exactly what they were doing.

We need to transform the thoughts, emotions, words and energy we emit to align with being an abundant human being.
When transforming the state of abundance in all areas of our lives we will also need to change who we are, how we think and feel, as well as our conversations and actions
As we transform our state of abundance, we transform who we are, how we operate in our lives and our state of being.
